Bill had 5-years experience in the professional teeth whitening industry in Germany before contacting to us. He was the German agent of a well-known professional USA teeth whitening manufacturer. Later, the cooperation partnership broke down due to some reasons.

In 2013, Bill cooperated with us for the first time to purchase 50 sets of professional whitening sets for dentists use, finally the number gradually increased, 100 sets, 200 sets, 300 sets, 500 sets... His business became much more popularity one at local, and sales have doubled compared to before, but the overall cost has dropped by about 35% compared with the previous cooperation with American manufacturers.

Up to now, we have been cooperating with Bill for 9 years, and our relationship with Bill has changed to a friend or family rather than only a partner. At the IDS exhibition in 2019, we face to face with Bill for the first time, Bill brought the champagne to our booth to toast for our 7-years cooperation. Bill said because the German market has very strict requirements on the quality of products, especially for the famous brands like him which supply to clinics. A small quality issue may cause a devastating blow to his brand. He felt so fortunate to meet our Huaer team who strictly controlled the quality for his brand. He was very happy and at ease working with us together.

The success of the business allowed Bill not only to have his own apartment in Berlin, but also to buy a big house in his hometown. Every Christmas and summer holiday he would love to enjoy the wonderful time with her wife and little child at their big house.

Every Christmas we received Bill's cards and chocolates from Germany. We are also very lucky to meet customers like Bill, who brought us the warmth and encouragement. This is also why we keep unremitting pursuit to make customers happy, the affirmation and trust of customers is also our driving force for continuous progress. We also hope to help more Bills live a better life in the coming days collaborations.
