Instructions
First, use a dental handpiece
1. Need to use a clean, dry, oil-free medical air compressor;
2. The air pressure is between 2.3-2.8kgf / cm2;
3. Combine the quick connector with the adapter on the bottom of the handpiece and confirm that it is locked;
4. Depress the pedal to see if the dental handpiece is operating and the nasal spray is operating normally. If everything works, you can start using your dental handpiece.
Maintenance
It is very important to take latch angles apart for proper lubrication. If you are processing angles routinely, at least once a day unscrew the head from the sheath and remove the transmission gear for cleaning and oiling (try doing this first thing in the morning as part of the opening routine). Apply a drop of oil under each gear on the transmission gear as well as in the center hole. Apply several drops of oil to the exposed cartridge while the transmission gear is removed.
Something you need to know
Water supply problem
(1) Insufficient water supply.
(2) The amount of water is not uniform.
(3) The water supply will not be thinned.
(4) There is no water at all.
Solution: Check the location of water blockage
(1) Pipeline: Remove the turbine handpiece and check if there is a proper amount of water in the pipe. If no water flows out, it may be a problem with the water supply system of the water pipe or the integrated treatment station (poor contact or misoperation, insufficient water pressure at the source).
(2) Interface: Test interface connection wires. If you don't get the right amount of water, this is an interface problem (scale, etc., clogging the water supply system or loose connectors, resulting in insufficient pressure).
(3) Dental handpiece body: After removing the shaft from the turbine, install the interface for operation. If there is not a proper amount of water flowing out, there is a problem in the turbine body (the water supply hole is blocked by dust or the water supply system in the turbine is blocked).
(4) Axial core: If the above three kinds of water supply flow out normally, it is the problem of the axial core (plugging of the water supply nozzle).
