• 11. How long is your delivery time?

  A: Generally it is around 7 days if the goods are in stock or it is 15-20 days if you need custom package, and according to quantity.

• 12. What is your terms of payment?

  A: Payment less than 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment more than 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

• 13. What's the custom order processes?

  A: Design–Making custom mould/logo/package.
  Samples–Making samples by your confirmed
  Confirm Order- confirm order after samples confirmed.
  Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production.
  Production arranged–we will process the production.
  Payment–after full inspection, balance before shipment.
  Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port or by your forwarder.
